Credit data accessed through MicroBilt for prequalification purposes is handled in strict accordance with the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA). We use only soft-pull inquiries which do not affect your credit score.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with dealers participating in your auction (after deal selection), service providers who assist our operations, and as required by law.

AutoLenis may send SMS text messages to customers who provide express written consent through our website forms, including account registration, vehicle requests, contact inquiries, appointment scheduling, financing inquiries, and dealer applications.
SMS messages may include vehicle request updates, dealer offer notifications, financing and prequalification updates, appointment reminders, account notifications, customer support communications, verification messages, and other service-related communications.
Message frequency varies based on customer activity and service usage. Message and data rates may apply.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing is limited to service providers necessary to deliver messaging services.
